Refund Policy – SmartIoT4

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the code/license is delivered and activated. However, we may process a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Conditions:
  • The product code has not been used/activated.
  • The code provided is invalid or incorrect due to our error.

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited into the source account within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations:
  • Buyer’s remorse.
  • Incompatibility issues (please check requirements before purchase).
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.

Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 3 days of purchase with proof of issue.
